Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- One onion
- One jar of Korma
- 200g wild rice
- Half cauliflower chopped and pre boiled for 5 mins
- Courgette
Method
- Cook wild rice according to instructions
- Chop onion, add tbsp. olive oil to frying pan and Add chopped courgette fry on medium heat until onion is translucent
- Add chopped pre-boiled cauliflower stir and cook for approx. 5 mins
- Add jar of korma sauce and cook for 5mins
- Serve rice and korma sauce.
