Vegetarian easy summer BBQ halloumi kebabs


  • One packet of halloumi cheese
  • One red onion
  • 2  red peppers
  • 2 Courgettes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • One Jar of Rebelicious roasted tomato and red pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Cherry tomatoes
    Pitta bread


  • Cut the halloumi in to 4cm cubes, Cut onion, deseed peppers and chop in to
    4cm square chunks.
  • Quarter mushroom. Use as speed peeler to peel the courgette in to long ribbons,
  • Add vegetables and halloumi and a jar of Rebelicious Roasted pepper and tomato sauce in to a container a tbsp. of olive oil and marinade for one hour or over night.
  • Load kebabs with halloumi and vegetables
  • Cook for 8-10mins on the barbecue or under grill
  • Cook pitta bread for 30seconds per side on barbecue serve with green salad and serve with pitta bread
  • Sausages these can be marinaded with the Goodchup sauce and left over night, and then cooked on barbecue
