Ingredients
- One Jar of Karmic Korma Sauce
- One jar of Goodchup smoked tomato ketchup
- 2 chicken breasts
- One red onion
- Yellow and red pepper
- Plain Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Naan bread
Method
- Chop onion, add tbsp. olive oil to frying pan and fry on medium heat until translucent
- Leave to cool
- Cut peppers in to square chunks
- Slice chicken breasts in to long strips
- Add 2 tbsp yoghurt to a bowl and 100g of Korma sauce with one tbsp olive oil
- Add pepper and chicken and onion
- Mix well and leave to marinade for one hour or overnight
- Load kebabs with chicken and peppers
- Cook for 8-10mins on the barbecue or under grill
- Cook naan bread for 30seconds per side on barbecue serve with green salad and naan bread.
